Delivery charges

Standard delivery is R100, with free delivery for orders containing two or more dice sets, including two of the same design. Discounts, coupon conditions and gift credit do not remove that two-set free-delivery benefit. An earned reward set is always delivered free, including when combined with a qualifying purchase. Virtual gift vouchers have no delivery charge and do not count as dice sets towards the two-set threshold.

A dice subscription is R499 per paid cycle with free delivery. Delivery is within South Africa; international delivery and locker or collection-point services are not currently offered.

Packing and tracking

We choose packaging appropriate to your order. Orders containing a collection reward may have box flaps opened by staff to scan the internal QR codes before dispatch. This records reward use and does not claim the sets for you.

We dispatch within two business days of receiving an order. Courier transit time is additional and varies by destination; this is a dispatch promise, not a delivery-date guarantee. The dispatch email includes tracking information. Shipments are booked manually through Bobgo and the selected courier.

Address changes, loss or damage

Ask for address corrections as soon as possible before shipment is booked. If a parcel is lost, damaged or has incorrect contents, contact us with the order reference and relevant photographs if available. We will review the case and arrange an appropriate remedy without limiting your statutory rights. Do not dispose of damaged items until return or disposal arrangements have been agreed.
