A little quest guidance.
I bought sets at a con. Will you send duplicates?
Claim them using the QR inside each box. Your account’s qualifying ownership tells us which designs to skip. Duplicate copies do not count as new collection progress.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, from your account. Resume before missing a cycle and your normal schedule continues. If a cycle was missed, choose to start now or wait for your next anniversary.
When am I charged?
The first cycle starts immediately. Later cycles follow the order anniversary, or the last day of a shorter month.
What if a payment fails?
We notify you and retry after 24 hours. If that retry fails, delivery is held until payment is resolved.
Can I choose the next companion?
We select automatically from eligible stock you do not already own. You can buy a particular set separately in the shop.
