Subscription terms

Price and selection

The subscription costs R499 per paid cycle with free delivery. We automatically select an eligible in-stock design, excluding sets you already own, previously received through a subscription or have already ordered. Claim sets bought elsewhere so your collection can inform selection. Duplicate copies do not count as different designs. If every current design is already covered, there is no unowned set left with which to start a subscription.

Billing and availability

After reviewing the billing summary and separately authorising recurring payments through Paystack, you complete the first payment to start the first order. Later paid cycles follow the monthly order anniversary shown on your subscription page, using the last valid day for shorter months. General acceptance of shop terms does not authorise recurring charges.

If no eligible missing set is in stock, we skip that cycle without charging or sending a parcel and notify you. Choose whether your subscription ends when the starting collection is complete or continues for future eligible releases until paused or cancelled. A stock gap is not treated as collection completion.

Pause, resume or cancel

Pause or cancel from your subscription page to stop future charges that have not already been submitted. A payment already in progress must still be checked; a successful payment after cancellation goes to refund review and does not restart the subscription. Cancellation does not remove your rights concerning an existing paid order.

If you resume without missing a cycle, the usual schedule continues. After a missed cycle, choose to start now or wait for the next anniversary; missed cycles are not charged. A successful immediate restart resets the monthly anniversary. Restarting a cancelled subscription preserves its history and requires fresh payment authorisation; an unresolved previous payment must first be checked.

Failed payments

We notify you after a confirmed failed charge and schedule one automatic retry after 24 hours. If that retry fails, delivery is held until payment is resolved. A pending or uncertain result must be reconciled before another charge is attempted.

Paystack handles recurring payment credentials. Staff will never ask for your full card details or security codes. An uncertain result is checked against its original payment reference; it is not permission to submit another charge.
